I have purchased a 98 rupees card to use unlimited internet but it does not work regularly. when we connect it to pc. It does not work please solve our problem

there is also as another problem that without our permition they start the caller tunes and cut our money from mobile. we have also informed to costmer care but they also do not take it seriously.

please try to solve our problem
