Took money out my acc. not authorised

I have had 17.97 taken out of my account and i did not give permission for anyone to do this. I am having a hard enough time making ends meet . now these people are just taking what ever they want when they want this is the 2nd time in one week. The gov needs to step in and help people like us all. I am going to the bank this morning to file fradulant charges against them.. I have never signed up for anything like this...
