This is with regards to Honda City car (Model - GXI) which I bought from your dealership - Pearl Honda - Time Center, Golf Course Road, Sector - 54, Gurgaon - 122001 on 25th January. Following is the list of complaints/grievances which were highlighted to the dealership and Honda Siel Customer Care department for the first time on March 2nd for which I am yet to get any resolution till date. I have only been getting assurances from someone or the other however the problem is yet to be resolved :

Tyre Quality - Within 1 month the co-driver seat tier bursted (on 1st March) on Monday 2nd March. I escalated the same to the person who sold me the car (Mr. Ravi Rajput & Mr. Sunil Rawat). On the first instance Mr Ravi Rajput, banged the phone on me and this gentleman did not pick up my calls when I called him back. Post that instance I called back Mr. Sunil Rawat and told him about the instance. He said that I need to register the complaint at the customer care which he would coordinate. After few hours I received a call from the Ms Kavita & she registered the compliant. She gave a commitment that she would call back on Tuesday & confirm the time when the tire dealer will be there at your service center so that I can send my car for further investigation. However I never received a call from any one. On Wednesday 4th March I called back Mr. Ravi Rajput & asked for the contact number for this Manager. He gave me a wrong contact number of Mr. Ashish Sharma, who a month ago had shifted to your Sector 37 branch in Gurgaon & is no longer his Manager. Mr. Ashish Sharma was not of any help to me as he gave me a new story proving that they think that customer is a fool. After a lot of effort I managed to send my car at the service center for tyre replacement however as per the tyre agency (Good Year), there was no company fault and the problem occurred as the damage might have done by some external agency. This is hard for me to believe as it is not even one month that this problem has occurred and I am not sure what external agency are these people talking about.

Seat Covers - At the time of the purchase, I was committed that we would get leatherette (beige color) seat cover which turned out to be a wrong commitment as I got light green fabric covers seat cover of a very low quality that they got torned from different places. no resolution on replacement of seat covers from the dealership till now.

The scenario mentioned above is frustrating and mentally disturbing as no one has been able to give the resolution time and I am shuttling from one place to the other. Brand name Honda is a well known name and I would assume that customer satisfaction should be on your top priority list considering that Honda is serving an elite segment in India. I expect that by escalating this issue to all of you would help in expediting this case and providing resolution on timely basis otherwise I would be forced to take up this issue with consumer redressal forum as well as media.
