Sir,

I am a retired Rajasthan State Govt. employee drawing pension from SBI, Vikaspuri, New Delhi.

I am yet to get my following claims linked to my regular pension settled.

• Restoration of commutation of pension on completion of 14 years of retirement period.

• Pension fixation on implementation of sixth pay commission recommendations.

• Revision of DA as enhanced from time to time.

It is to bring to your knowledge that the Pay and Account Officer, Tis Hazari, Delhi has already issued instruction to the SBI, Tis Hazari, Delhi vide the communication no. PAONI/HR/3058 dated 14.7.09 (copy enclosed) for restoration of commuted value of pension wef.1.10.08.

I would appreciate if you could restore all my eligible rights in my pension and pay arrears at the earliest.
