Frequent calls

I have been getting calls from this company. When I told them that my number 98181 - 86862 was dnd registered and that they should check that before calling - the lady calling me said - that it is her wish who she calls and that I can file a complaint if I want. So I am doing that - kindly take punitive and swift action. The call I had received was from the number 2464 8029 (Delhi)
