For all new connections, they want us to come by 2.00 pm on any workingday. I don't know why? Since me & my wife both are working, I didn't find any time to go for new connection booking. I just found the time on 31st Jan & have gone there by 2.00 pm sharply. But they refused to accept & told that it is the month end. Why such systems are followed? The persons sitting in the customer care are lazy & not responding properly to any persons. Who will take care of this.
