I applied for Mphil English in Oct. Then I appeared in Mphil Exams in Nov in two papers, the result for which was declared in Feb. But the result was beyond my expectations as i had failed in one paper. there was no provision for revaluation. Then i appeared in the reappear exam in Aug- Sept. Now almost one year has passed as its end of July but there is no sign of result declaration. Sir my career is at stake from past three years. i don't understand that why do they give admission to so many candidates if they don't have adequate staff.
