Sir, Three days back I got my pc formatted as per the suggestion of a local hardwear technician. After formatting the airtel net expert icon on the task bar was totally missing. The technician asked me to register a complaint with Airtel. I am also unable to get the curretn usage of DSL and Landline calls, which I used to get regularly, previously, on clicking the small airtelnetexpert. Please restore the icon and enable me to view my current usage of DSL and Landline. Solicit immediate action. Thanking you -Ramanathan
