Complaint against seat changing (72 to 81

Subject: Complaint against seat changing (72 to 81).

Dear Sir,

I am very much disappointed with my chaning seat position without my knowledge from 72 seating coach to 81 seating coach which makes me inconvenient during my jouney. I have travelled from Delhi to Jwalapur (Massouri Express) and find that you haved changed my seat. Second on 5th March Me and my wife travelling from Hwridwar to Gorkahpur and again found that you have changed my seat position. on 14th Godan Express from Mau to Mumbai. Again we found that our seat number changed. I this time during my whole journey I am not happy with your service speacially ur 81 seating coaches. There was no comfortable height in side upper seat to sit. So how long this coaches run in long route. I am planning to go into courts for ur service.

Please advice me what should I do.
