Passport not received

I applied for ECNR stamp on my passport on 01-07 (File Reference Number: HYD-M012903-09). I am checking for status in the folowing website (http://164.100.17.25/passmain.php? city=hyd) status is showing that the police verification has not been received.

I am urgent need of passport how should I proceed can I directly consult passport office in Hyderabad so that I can get a clear picture of the status.
