I had applied for a two wheeler loan from a local bank & gave them all the necessary pappers for the same required. After two days the agent came to me saying that your loan could not be sanctioned because your name is on CIBIL defolters list. Before 2yrs. HDFC bank had given me a credit card which i had a nominal use. Due to over billing of unused items & over charges from the bank i made a settlement with the bank and paid the dues. Then also the bank put my name in defolters list. So pl. suggest me what should i do? My p.a.n. no is AIYPD7693N
