Stray dogs in colony

I am staying in avantika enclave of sec: 2 rohini. in our colony there are few stray dogs that is becoming a threat to the inhabitants. a resident of B-18 B are owning a dog who is fed by them but kept in the stair way which is not properly lit. many times this dog has bitten children who are not aware of its presence on the stair.

would request you to please look into the matter and have all loose stray dogs removed from our colony rather than killing infants.
