I am not satified with the response

I had requested for A/C mechanic. I could talk to the Telephone Co-orditor she told me It is not possible. Since I had called during the evening Hours.

Subsequebtly the Telephone Nos 011-25355647-48 was contiousy busy for Hours togather.

I feel that I have been cheated. The money paid Rs 699/- has gone to Drain.

Can any one help me.
