I am a customer of aircel since 2006. i am aged about 75 years. i am using the aircel services only for getting incoming calls as well as outgoing calls. i have not applied or consented for pther services. For the past two months aiecel is unwantedly and discriminately deducting amounts periodically without my consent. i have never applied for anyother services except two mentioned above. please refund the amount soumoto decucted for the past three months. i also request not to deduct amount except for outgoing calls. thanks. expedite reply. srinivasan.c
