My Computer IP Address stored in your Site and Not able to open your website to track

I AM not able to open yur sPEED pOST wEBSITE AND TRACK MY PARCEL WHICH i HAVE BOOKED FROM hYDERABAD TO Canada.

Website not opening saying my IP address is stored in your computer access is denied - I did not understand this why my IP address is stored with your website and not allowed to open and track my parcel.

Please check and correct this problem and enable me to track my parcel.
