Landline phone is not working since last one yea

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my telephone is not working from last one year and I have complaint so many time to your office but there is no response from your side, my telepnone no is 05244-222315 which is located in Vill -Pure mansoor purwa, post-siddhore distt-Barabanki.telephone exchange-Siddhore (Barabanki-U.P.). please arrange it some wire because I have facing lots of problem due to the iron wire is breked at several place and this is not repaired.
