My personal loan a/c no is 424102694 in the name of Mahesh Sharma which was taken approx more tahn 2 yrs back. There were total 24 instalments to be paid for Rs 2750/= Since Apr i had stopped payment of ECS because as per me the instalments were over. I also tried to contact your offices at Chandigarh Delhi etc but in vain as no specific tele No or Address is ever given. Also None of your reps ever contacted. In between thi period I recd 2 3 calls from customer care who were requested to provide statement and details of loan and payment who never reverted. Also they did not disclose identity or address. Your SMS do not accept replies. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE I SHOULD CONTACT TO GET CLARIFICATION AND CLEARANCE OF DUES IF ANY.
Through this mail I request you kindly provide contact details at Chandigarh with tele no and address. My contact No is 9815393166 where i dont get anything else other than your reminder SMS. Also kindly provide the STATEMENT for me to do the needful.
