I Mrs. Protima Roy, I had a personal loan on HSBC Bank. I settled my account as per u`r procidure. My loan account no . 031200942872 . U lounge a court case against me, case no. C/23165 . When I settle my account this time the bank withdraw the court case. But my post dated cheques and my no objection certificate is not given to me. The regional manager Mr. Satendra Sharma settle my account, I contact him after this settlement he had no response me to return my due documents. however can u send my due documents? Either I lounge a complaine Reserve Bank Ombudsman Department against HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
