it is frustatng to know from the citfinancial (S) CARE team that inspite of so many letters that i have genuinely written, spoken to the above mentioned branches and spoke over phone to seek answer to my problems and nothing seems to be working.
i recieved a loan of rs. 85000/' and i have cleared the loan for the past 13months without any default and when i asked citi financial people to top up my loan or a fresh loan they denied me a loan for no reason. when i asked for the reason finally they ended up telling that i am in the defaulters list for which i am not . further it funny and so absurd that they told me that i was not eligible.
if that be the case how did they issue me a loan and also made a top up and now raising this baseless issue. i have been regularly paying the emi without any delay and the bank should have been only happy to give me a loan . i was given a reason that my brother defaulted and hence they did not issue a loan. i also found that my brother also had not defaulted, infact he had settled the loan amount fully and also received a letter and finally the following month was asked to pay an additional amount of rs 8000more for no cause.
i am deeply disturbed why this bank misbehaves so much without any ethics, they should have atleast had the curtesy to have sent an executive to explain the real reason or should have contacted me personally. i am sure this letter is being read by all like minded customers.**** i am also a medico legal consultant and knowing the legalities i am ready to help people.
