4gb pen drive not working

I bought moser baer 4 gb pen drive approximately a year back. i found that it is not discoverable when i attach it to my pc. when asked for customer care service in pune i didnt get any address. the pen drive comes with a guarantee of 5 years, i want replacement of the piece.
