Personal loan
ECS is not processed

Dear Sir /Madam,

My Loan Account Number is 14977423, The ECS is not processed and instalment is not deducted from ECS, Even though the sufficient balance in the account. Paid the two installment amount (Rs8605/-) through cash.

Insisted to submit the new ECS mandatory form.

Please rectify the problem.

Since this is the problem of ICICI bank which has not processed the ESC, Late payment Fee is not applicable.
