I have taken the coonection for the net connect for the use, while using the service it noticed thet the connection was disconnected now on 24 th of the april at night without any prior noticed. Now I have cheked the details from offices at qutab plaza gurgoaon, Its shocking to me the plan which were offered to me by representative night freedom not registered in your office, Its very clear from me I am not going to pay single peny on this account if its deviated from origional plan offered to me..Its very unfortunate that your services customers upport is not good for nothing. Your erequested to kndly send your representtive to resolve the issue immediate.
