Broadband frequent dis connection

Hi,

I got Broadband connection at my residense for porsonal use. It is a 899/- unlimited plan I need to download good amount of data from the web. But I can see the connection gets interrupted when I leave the system unattended for a few minutes. Even wehn I'm browsin the web connection becomes idle. It is very embrassing when an important chat is going on and an important mail is to be sent and I find NO CONNECTION. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Plz call on my cell[9910105911] instead of calling my Landline number (011-22625768).
