Petrocard not received

Dear Sirs,

I have submitted my petro card at Saksham Motors, near Deen Dayal Hospital, Hari Nagar, New Delhi on 7th of April vide their receipt No.291631. It has not been received back at my residence. Please expedite to enable me to use the card at theliest.
