I had got MAIL from the company called PDVSA a state oil company in uk. Please verify about the company and let me know that if there is any diplomat related to this. THEY HAV GIVEN me the oppurtunity to work with them.

Brief Explanation Of Job Responsibility

Your area of work responsibility is to initiate motive ideas, which will improve the economic and social standard/growth of the

company in our Information Technology Department as Assistant Communication And Network Engineer. You will be responsible

in representing the company in providing positive solutions on social matters, which will influence new invention and motivate new

constructions, expansion and improvements on technical developments in the company.

This position is offered to you regardless of your experience/qualification to work in any other sector, but you will be privileged to

gain another better position of your choice within 3 months of the first work period in our company depending on your capabilities.

More information concerning your job responsibilities and understanding of your position will be given to you when you are

currently in London.

Residence Address And Work Place

Our Staff Quarters is located within the premises of Petroleos de Venezuela (UK) SA at 7, Old Park Lane, London, W1K 1QR

United Kingdom. We have already booked a reservation for you and matters concerning your apartment will be settled when you

are presently in United Kingdom.

Work/ Break Period And Holiday Entitlement

As an employee, you will be working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and from 8:30am to 3:30pm daily. There shall be 1hour

lunch break: Timing shall be agreed with immediate supervisor.

You are also entitled to 3 weeks paid holiday in a year. At the end of one-year service, an extra days holiday entitlement is given -

followed by a further one-day holiday entitlement for each of the next year service. This depends on your agreement to continue

Sickness Entitlement

Contractual Sick Pay: You will receive your normal monthly salary of £12, 500. No payment is collected and all Social Security

Disciplinary Procedure

Our policy entails that any newly recruited staff of Petroleos de Venezuela (UK) SA must portray devotion to his/her capability of

managing his/her personal responsibilities before being certified a good and responsible worker. It is to this knowledge that we

the company needs to make an inquiry into the misconduct.

Contract Notice Period Required From Both Employee And Employer

During the duration of your employment, contract notice of termination by either party shall be stated below or cash in lieu.

The minimum notice periods are as follows.

Time in Employment Minimum Notice

Under 1 month No notice

Over 1 month 1 week

2 years’ service 1 Month

3 to 12 years’ service 1 Month

As an employee, you must send a copy of the notice to your immediate supervisor for circulation to the appropriate departments in

charge of this matter. On the other hand, the company will send a copy of the same notice to the employee.

In anywhere an employee is being dismissed for gross misconduct, the company will decide if any notice period will be applied

and/or worked.

More information relating to this procedure will be given to you when you have presently resumed work with Petroleos de

Venezuela (UK) SA.

Grievance Procedure

In all but one instance, you must report any grievance to the immediate supervisor. Where and only where, the grievance is with

the immediate supervisor, you can make your grievance known to the immediate supervisor at your department or to the

Management of Petroleos de Venezuela (UK) SA.

Please note that we expect you to show us your ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to work in varying conditions,

highly motivated, ambitious and generally educated to a Degree standard. With these abilities, we will definitely place you in a

better position after your first three months of employment with Petroleos de Venezuela (UK) SA.

Process Of Interview

According to your employment process as an international employee, your interview will be conducted after your three months

training in London, therefore, you will not be retrenched from working with us after you have signed up presently for work

residence papers/visa and work permit documents are processed, approved and registered with your country Boarder Agency so

as to pass your residence papers/visa and work permit clarification when presented to your country embassy for your free

allowance and entrance to United Kingdom.

To this effect, we signed a contract agreement with the United Kingdom Immigration Service here in London, to process a 5 years

residence UK visa and work permit documents for your work resumption with us presently in Unite Kingdom because work permit

documents are only procured in UK and all documentations must be processed and completed at the same time.

Important Notice:

At the end of every 2 years section working with us, your contract agreement can be renewed if you wish to continue working with

us. Also be informed that other formalities concerning your employment formalities or any procedure, which you did not

understand, will be explained to you when you have presently resumed work with us in United Kingdom.
