Pls see below mail and cfm is this a valid job offer or aggreement mail from IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA? Should I trust them and make the payment to their account??

If this is fake, can we expect a significant punishment for those guies who are involving with this matter. they are destroying your image to us. since they are using bank account number so it is very easy to catch them by you. I will keep them in touch with me by mail for few days so that you can catch them. Do appreciate if you let me know your action on this complain.
