This has reference to my earlier cancelled credit card No-4476-9299-9996-5145, which I cancelled long back (I think in the mid of 2005) because I was posted in a remote place at Angul, Orissa where credit card was not in use. Since August I am posted at Pune, Maharashtra. Still I am working with Petron civil Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as an executive Officer-Accounts and my current CTC is Rs.8, 18 L. (My Cont. No-9049647002 / 020-32328155)

If you think that I am still eligible for your Banks’s credit card, now you can issue me a fresh Credit card (if it is Annual charges free for life time)
