Providend Fund Not received

Respected Sir,

I have submitted Providend Fund (PF) Form in the month of dec on 29th. I was told that i would get my PF in 3 months which i couldnt to check the same when i visited to kandivali PF office they refused to give me the details as i visited twice or thrice, or after that when i cross check with my agency they also not responding to me, they sait that this is under Govt hand they cant do anything. so whom do i contact or whom should i ask for my PF i dont know.

Please help me to get my PF (Providend Fund) as i would Be Graetfull of yours. kindly look into the matter
