Pf not found spend after one month

Espected sir,

i am rajesh, i submitted my pf from on dated 17-12 in gurgaon office.my pf no .is HR/27164/0369.After spent one month above i have no get any information by pf office, when i submitted pf from than pf officer said that it will be clear in one month. but till date 24-01 i have no get any information by him.last time i submitted a complaint on dated 19-01 in consumer office.i request you please see this matter as soon as possible. i shal be very thanful to you for this . it has importance me.
