Not getting what the product says

Philips she9550 in-ear headphone

Hi,

i an middle class individual, purchased the above mentioned headset at a MRP 1150, from Reliance digital store, the box of the product mentions RICH BASS, but even my cheap Rs.100 headphones give way better Bass, and the Philips fails to deliver even the minimal BASS... i have the orignal box and the bill, either the product is faulty or the Reliance digital store has some scam upto its sleve...

Plz Look in to this matter
