Our new philips mixer grinder got some problems and it doesn't work. we returned it to the dealer (Supreme Home appliances, Piravom, Ernakulam, Kerala) during the guarentee period. three weeks has passed and we came to know that the company failed to collect our mixer grinder from the dealer.we think it to be a great fault from the part of company and as a customer, I am really dissatisfied with the inconveniance caused by a reputed company like philips.
