Philips Food Processor HL 1659
Chutni Jar is not working

I brought Philips Food Processor HL 1659 on 11/07, when demo engineer (Shri Kailashji) reached after 3 days i.e. 14/07 during the demo the Chutni Jar is not working. The Service engineer (Shri Kailashji) said that is not problem it will rectify after you change the upper lid, When I reached today at Philips service center they are saying that it is ok. Now what can do with this expensive thing it is just lying as for demo. Kindly guide in this matter.
