No responce to my compliant

I purchased one LG 29 inc FLAT TV along with PHILIPS HOME THEATER on 31/10 at RELIANCR DIGITAL STORES, BANJARA HILLS HYD.But after 10 days my HOME THEATER is not functioning properly (NO SOUND FROM SPEAKERS)..The next day i have spoke to RELIANCE local technicion, he visited my home and could not solve the problem. I then lodged the compliant through phone to RELIANCE DIGITAL.My COMPLIANT NO 3377.Till now that is after 15 days there is no proper responce from RELIANCE.Daily i'm calling them but still there is no responce.
