I had bought a philips kettle in shillong about eight months back .after a few days it stopped working. i took it to the authorised philips service centre located at keatinge road in shillong. they told me that they will fix it and come ater one week to collect it.it is more than six months they are still fixing it. last week again i went to the service centre they told me that i will get a replaced one. till today i have not got it. please see that i get it.
