I have puschsed mp3 and its display was not woriking
after some time.i have given same to your service centre along with
purache invoice which contained all the details .i have given same in
indore to youe authorised service centre 44-45 mth compound,
indore barwali chok, indore, 45 07312541216/2531243.i do have job sheet
with work order no 43737 dated 12-09-08.till date i have not received my
device.every time i visit your center i got a new excuse not to give my device.
this time manager crossed all the limit infront of me he scratched serial
no from one device and wanted to give that to me.i told him i will not
receive the same as its does not contain serial no.how will i make sure that
this is my device.than he behaved very rood.its being 5 months i m visiting philips service center but till today 22/03, i have not received device and no intimation on phone/ mail was given to me about my device
