I HAD LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 12 TH OF OCTOBER AT AROUND 7.33 PM AT CUSTOMER CARE ON PHONE NO :011-66001111 (CUSTOMER CARE) ABOUT THE TV NOT FUNCTIONING AS THE AV MODE IS NOT FUNCTIONING ONLY SOUND IS COMING.THE EXECUTIVE OVER THE PHONE HAD CONFIRMED THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT WITHIN 48 HRS. EVER SINCE THAT TILL DATE 17TH OCTOBER NO RESPONSE HAD COME .FROM 14TH TO 17TH I HAD CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME HAD HAD NOT GOT ANY DESIRED RESPONSE AS THEY SAY WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER.NOW I HAD THOUGHT OF CALLING THE LOCAL TECHNICIAN TO GET THE TV RECTIFIED AS I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE FALSE PROMISE OF PHILIPS SERVICE .THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAD FACED PROBLEM WITH THE PHILIPS SERVICE CENTRE.I HAD GOT BAD EXPERIENCE PREVIOUSLY ALSO WITH THE MUSIC SYSTEM WHICH I PAID THEM APPROX 3000 RS FOR NOTHING AND IT WAS RECTIFIED BY A LOCAL TECNICIAN FOR RS 50.I DISPOSED OF THE SAME AND TOOK SONY MUSIC SYSTEM.I HAD ALSO POSTED THE COMPLAINT IN THE WEBSITE BUT HAD NOT GOT APPROPRIATE RESPONSE.EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE HAD NOT BOTHER TO CALL US AND STATE THE STATUS.MY CALL NO IS 50570.I AM PLANNING TO SUE THEM AND LOGGEING A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM .ALSO I AM SENDING, MY COMPLAINT TO FEW NEWS PAPER.I WANT TO TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.MY COMPLAINT WITH THEM IS STILL OPEN.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAD RECEVIED FROM A COSUMER DURABLE COMPANY.I FEEL LIKE CLENING THE IDENTITY OF PHILIPS FROM INDIA
