The digital photoframe was in Warranty period. The product was not working. Located the autorized servicing agent in Adyar - Clarity Electronics and handed over the defective product on 21 May. He promised to replace with new one within 4 weeks. But no action. Whenever we contact them on person or phone, they keep giving execuses with no action. Phone no. of Clarity electronics 98416 66896.
