Irresponsible reply from customer care

We gave our induction stove for repair to a customer service on 22nd of june. There is no response from them. Each time we call, they have been telling us that they have send the product to Banglore for repair. We have made many phone calls to Banglore and this customer service at chennai. There has been no response from them. Today when we called them they spoke to us in a irresponsible way. Where should we make a complaint against these people.
