Exempted family pension claim

Dear sir,

I was working with piramal healthcare ltd and got retirement on 31st July -08. My femily pension calim was submited by my employer to the authority on 21 nov -08.

My femily pension no is MH/4505/1923

however one year has been pass but i have not started with monthly pension or else i have not heard from them any problem from them which i may have to complete from my side.

can you let me know regarding the same i will be very much thankful to your good self.
