Pemission for cuttingdown the tree

Sir

I am a resident of Ghalib apartment Pitam Pura were we have a single beri tree in front of our house due to which there are count less of honey bees and yellow bees living around. They bite us if we move out of our houses .we complaint about it to our society members they try to solve this problem through remedies but bees get appear again after few hours so they says that bees can be removed permanently if we cut down the beri tree due to which these bees get attracted for food but we need MCD permission for it.

so please sir give us permission to cut down this tree.
