Dear sir i have applied for credit card alteast 2 mnths back ur executive have collected documents for 5 times, from ur DSA OR DSP and i have rcvd sms also from ur side dat my aplication is under process and will get my card within 21 days, my ref no is 18080820340

i recvd verificaton call also but till date i have not rcvd my card so plz i rqst u atleast tell me the status of my aplication ur customer care nos are always not reachable its really difficult to get u
