Tataindicom's Unaccountability

Recently I have taken a Tataindicom prepaid sim card for internet. Inspite of submitting all the documents and getting a confirmation from them that my application is complete in all respects, they have suspended by service without informing. When I went to the office to inquire about the same, they said they have lost my application that that I need to submit the documents again. Upon asking them to locate my application they are clueless. I am not sure whom to register a complaint to about this kind of business. I am sure going to get to the bottom of this.

On top of this they do not have a record of the online recharge that I made on that sim card. They said that recharge is not possible but the money was taken out of my bank account that very instant.

If anybody can pin point on which organisation takes such complaints it would be helpful.
