Hi,
On saturday 19/09/09 I purchased a mobile handset of another worthless company Samsung from the Great India place noida branch of Planet M.
They displayed an e1410 model to me and sold me e1930. Which they said is the same product with a new look (it looks the same as the former one except the navigation key). However my model never had a bluetooth and memory card in it which was not told to me. And when i realised the fact and contacted them they started showing atitude and told me, "Do whatever you want to do, we wont change the handset."
Please help.
