i have purchased usb modem with surfathon offer.after 1 month i have already submitted the required documents with application for changing annually plan at Hari om traders, ahmedabad.i purchased usb modem on 24 01.09. my connection no. is 9227443285. yesterday i put request for changing the plan. my request no. is 166963989.i went there for many times but still i didnt get any solution. sir, pease guide me what to do? and please give me detail about the plan for surfathon offer., i want the plan in which i can get 1 hour surfing and downloading free.sir, please do needful. i didnt get any bill from yr company.
