Ill behaviour of bus conducto

Here i want to complain about the ill-behaviour of a PMT employee (bus-conductor) apparently on the basis of that i am a non-maharashtrian. The bus was not at the bus-stop, but it was standing still, due to traffic. However, the conductor refused to let me get into the bus. He refused to tell his name and was not wearing his name-plate. When i asked for his ID to know his name, the conductor and the driver bullied me out of the bus.

this happened on 'May 23' in 'Bus no - 23' at around '4:15 pm' on 'Pune Railway Station Bus-Stand'. i wish he's identified and appropriate action is taken against him.
