Loss of atm card

Dear Sir My Name Is B Ramulu. I have account in Pnb bank in (Branch of Charminar). My Ac is 1095000100093086.i loss my Atm card I want another atm card .i already complaint that atm card but till now i did get resualt.plz give the soluation.
