Respected Sir,
I would like to inform you that there was a deduction of Extra Rs 6000/- from A/C No. 3319000100225253 of PNB Tijara in spite of incomplete transaction on dated 8th July from SBI ATM counter (ATM ID S1AN00001105, Time 12.31, Transaction ID: 3989) situated at Asansol Branch (Branch Code-0011), Dist-Burdwan, State-West Bengal.
I fulfilled all formalities at SBI ATM counter at Asansol branch (Branch Code-0011), Burdwan, West Bengal on 8th July to withdraw Rs. 6000/- and got no response. No print out was received. I tried second time to do the same and got Rs. 6000/-but astonishingly I observed that my balance has been reduced by Rs. 1- in spite of 1st transaction was incomplete. I contacted with Manager of the same branch and he advised me to submit an application in my home branch.
It’s my humble request that please take necessary action so that I may get return Rs.6000/- which was deducted from my account. Thank you.
