Money not deposited back in my account

My Son, Vivek Kumar Sharma, used my Debit card in booking some tickets of his friend in Nashik using his user id on IRCTC web site but the transaction failed and then he tried the same on his friends account, but the transaction failed. As a result, the amount of Rs. 4515 was transacted on 29-08 twice. On 09-09, Rs.4515 was credited back in my account but till 23-10 I have not recieved the second sum of 4515.I have talked in my bank and also the Customer care of PNB and they told me that money will be credited back in 8 to 12 days. But till date I have not recieved the amount. PNB has given me complaint no. 19436889.

Please help us in the matter as we are in need of money.
