My complain no.(295 60517) dated 21 july for Rs 12267/- registered at 13:40 hrs made on tele ph no.(1800 22 0177) with Sh Prathumesh and Sh C.R.rakesh Executive with ezeego one, travels and tours private ltd . requesting there in to stop the fradulent booking of an Air ticket by your agency and disowning the financial trasaction by fradulent means of using my PNB Global Credit card (4197880000003632) immediately on recieving an SMS ALERT from PNB card division (code 045857) on 21 july.
A request was made to follow the KYC and RBI guidelines issued by GOVT of INDIA, not to allow the passenger to board the PLANE before making proper identification / verifications.
As the complaint was made immediately to your respective office within no time, after getting the SMS on mobile (9810055852) on 21 july at 10:02:09 am
You are requested not to deduct Rs 12267/- from my credit card of a Fradulent transaction which i disowned immediately and let me know the fate of my complaint as on date.
