Respected Sir / Madam,

I, Altaf Gilani, Son of Rozina Gilani (Applicantion Number: 098719) has requested Adani Energy for a Gas connection at my residence before 6-8 months.

After 5 months, the pipeline and meter has been fitted to our residence and it was conveyed clearly that our supply will start within a week but it has been more then 2 months after the pipeline and meter has been fitted to our residence but still supply has not been started. My details are as below:

After my constant calls to your customer care department also, I've not received any proper reply or action. So I've to write this email.

It has caused us inconvenient from from Adani Energy.

I hope to receive soon and positive response for same.

P.S.: There is already a Gas pipline fitted in our flat.
